How To Expand Your Mind

Human mind has infinite ability. It has unlimited potential and we can create a thousands of stories and illusions from it. Our mind is like a garden and we are it’s gardeners. It’s our choice what we feed it. Either we can cultivate our mind or ruin it.

Our emotions, actions, reactions, thinking, perspective all our related to our mind. We become what we think. I have seen that The law of attraction works very well with some people while for some it doesn’t. We all know that Mind is like a muscle,the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.

The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master. Most of the time we don’t leave our comfort zone and play it safe. It indicates our mind that it is limited.In order to expand our mind, we should also expand our horizons. I am going to share some methods to help you in expanding your mind.
